Beyond Inclusion: How to Raise Anti-Ableist Kids
Our Mission
Our mission is to create a safer and more equitable society for people with disabilities by challenging ableism through education, resources, and community.
When you know better, you can do better.
Many acts of ableism are done with good intentions and iNFORM believes that education empowers people to act on good intentions without un-intentionally perpetuating ableism.
Inclusion isn’t enough.
Inclusion requires action that rejects ableism with intention. Efforts to support inclusion that don’t consider, or combat, the harmful effects of ableism are insufficient. Diminishing ableism is a key priority of iNFORM.
